Job Description!!
We are seeking a dynamic & results-oriented Enterprise Sales Executive with 4-5 years of experience in enterprise sales. The ideal candidate should be a graduate, preferably with a background in business, marketing, or a related field
Responsibilities:
- Identify & solicit leads within the enterprise sector to build a robust pipeline of potential clients
- Develop & nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs & pain points
- Conduct product demonstrations & presentations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions
- Negotiate contracts & close deals with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding & implementation processes for new clients
- Continuously evaluate market trends & competitor activities to identify new opportunities & refine sales strategies
- Meet & surpass monthly sales targets, demonstrating a high level of energy & commitment to achieving results
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of proven success in enterprise sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets & delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- High energy and enthusiasm, with a passion for driving business growth & customer satisfaction
