We are seeking a highly motivated & customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Level 1 Customer Support Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide efficient & effective support to our customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, & chat. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, & a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries & provide solutions in a timely & professional manner
- Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, & account inquiries
- Troubleshoot & resolve customer issues by utilizing available resources & following established procedures
- Document customer interactions & maintain accurate records of all inquiries & resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or higher-level support as needed
- Identify recurring issues & collaborate with the team to develop solutions & improve processes
- Stay updated on product features, updates, & policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Contribute to a positive & collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge & best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support role is a plus
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities & attention to detail
- Ability to multitask & prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using customer support software & CRM systems
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings & weekends, as needed
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn & adapt to new challenges
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team
