Job Description!!

We are seeking a talented and experienced Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, & maintaining our organization's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, & security. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in networking technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

1. Design, configure, and deploy network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, & wireless access points
2. Implement network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, viruses, & other security threats
3. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime & reliability
4. Perform network capacity planning & scalability assessments to support business growth & evolving technology needs
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design & implement network solutions that meet business requirements
6. Document network configurations, procedures, & best practices for knowledge sharing & future reference
7. Stay current with industry trends & best practices in networking technologies & security
8. Excellent in C/C++/Erlang/Python programming languages
9. Good understanding of VoIP protocols like SIP, RTP/RTCP
10. Experience in Open source VoIP frameworks like Kamailio, Freeswitch, Asterisk, etc
11. Experience in WebRTC programming
12. Good knowledge of networking fundamentals and TCP/IP protocol

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in network engineering or a related role
• Strong understanding of networking concepts & protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, & VPN technologies
• Hands-on experience with network equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, etc
• Experience with network monitoring & troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, SNMP, NetFlow)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose & resolve complex network issues
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical & non-technical stakeholders
