Job Description!!

We are seeking a highly motivated & customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Level 1 Customer Support Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide efficient & effective support to our customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, & chat. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, & a strong commitment to customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries & provide solutions in a timely & professional manner
  2. Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, & account inquiries
  3. Troubleshoot & resolve customer issues by utilizing available resources & following established procedures
  4. Document customer interactions & maintain accurate records of all inquiries & resolutions
  5. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or higher-level support as needed
  6. Identify recurring issues & collaborate with the team to develop solutions & improve processes
  7. Stay updated on product features, updates, & policies to provide accurate information to customers
  8. Contribute to a positive & collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge & best practices

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support role is a plus
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities & attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask & prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using customer support software & CRM systems
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings & weekends, as needed
  • Positive attitude & willingness to learn & adapt to new challenges
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team
